Mint Dollop Cookies

Ah well, throughout the day I had this craving for salt. Tho I didn't have any chips or snacks that contained salt (being a poor college student). I found some popcorn kernels so i popped those babies up and loaded them with salt. It was satisfying at first but didn't do to well once it got into my stomach. But as usual, when I satisfy one craving, another one comes crawling out from the shadows. My sweet tooth was kicking in and I had to make something or I would go kanips. So I made some chocolate cookies since I had no chocolate chips. Then whipped up some mint frosting and VVVWALAAA! These adorable yet tasty cookies were the result. I call them ... Mint Dollop Cookies ... very smart, I know.

Gonna go share them later with some gals, haha yup, I am Peeta Malark from Hunger Games, baking my way into every girls heart. Wait till they get a taste of these babies ;).

R.I.P Walter

Well the other day when i was guarding the morning swim class, i came across a little jumping spider on my chair. His name was Walter. Walter and i became instant friend the moment my eyes and his multiple eyes met. For the next hour we both watched the water to ensure that no one drowns. Towards the end of my shift i was happy i made a friend, Walter, the spider that lived on the guard stand. Unfortunately, a series of unfortunate events occurred and i was notified by my boss, Kathleen, that one of the other guards became scared and worrisome at the sight of Walter that he was brutally killed by a guard tube. I was sad to know my new friend had passed on. But i knew in my heart, Walter, would always be with me, watching the water with his four shiny eyes.

Levitation

I had a great/ugh day today! The school part is kinda sucky as usual. But later that day Megan E and Megan K and I went off on a Levitation photo day. We stop by the bowling alley in Logan cuz it had a sweet wall to take pictures on. Megan E knows how to do a photoshop trick to make us look like were levitating. She did awesome! Haha and Megan K got some Pepsi in her and she went ballistic for about 20 minutes then crashed. She was attempting to do handstand on her desk which = crazy. Well this day had ended really well with some great friends, some great laughs, and some great pictures to remember them with.

Keep .... on ... Going

Ugh we have about 5 weeks of school (not counting finals week) but i really am looking forward to going home. Now that i have a taste of what this "living on your own" feels like. I honestly don't feel like I'm ready. I need a better job for sure if i wanted to live on my own. It takes a lot of money to live haha. Well it has been a good week so far made delicious cupcakes yesterday with Megan Kofford and Megan Evans. Megan E is an amazing cook, she cooks everything and anything! Today is kinda a sucky day mainly cuz its Terrible Tuesday where i have 6 classes and it is killer. On the brighter side I'm "officially" friends with a girl named Julie from my gymnastics class. She is really nice and hopefully we can be good friends! Well cherio gotta go to work soon!

Oh Oh! and I'm almost done with writing my amateur album! it looks like its gonna be pretty sweet. I decided i'll record it on my own cuz it is really expensive to record professionally. So i will keep up to date more on it. Still trying to figure a name for it. I'm gonna ask Megan E if she can help with the making of the album cover. I'm going for this album cover look, i especially like the yellow.

Goal: Wolf!

So ever since i discovered those cool tye dye (however you spell it) wolf shirts at walmart, I've been on the search for more to add to my wonderful wardrobe. I acquired two from walmart... before everyone bought them all and i got one from my friend Nate for christmas. I went to DI with Megan to find ugly sweater and i stumbled across this one!! It is truly my favorite out of all of them. The best part is that i used the tag on the back to find the website were they have even more wolf shirts!! Well next time i have some money lying around, i'll definitely will be purchasing some more. I, Devin Banner, will start this trend!
